Wedding Music for a Brooklyn Rooftop Wedding

If New Yorkers are nothing else, we are resilient and adaptable. The pandemic may have hammered our city, but it can’t keep us from making the most of what we have or enjoying life’s special moments. That’s why last weekend, family and friends gathered on a Brooklyn rooftop to be a part of a night that will go down as one of the great New York City weddings.

The Music

Live music was lovingly provided by Olga, a member of Four-ever Yours string quartet. Olga performed classical numbers and several pop tunes at the request of the bride and groom. She also cued up a backing track and played selections from the musical Hamilton and other Broadway shows. It was a heavenly performance, perfect for an elegant wedding.

Olga is an exceptionally talented musician and brings an air of class and sophistication to any wedding. She was born in Russia, grew up in Mexico and is fluent in both Spanish and English. A graduate of the Eastman School of Music, she has her master’s degree in violin performance. With a father who played the bassoon and a mother who played the piano, music runs deep in Olga’s blood.

The Wedding Venue

The rooftop wedding venue came courtesy of W Loft in Williamsburg. The W Loft has stunning waterfront views of the Manhattan skyline, as well as the surrounding boroughs. And if the weather doesn’t agree with your schedule, the whole affair can be moved indoors. Thanks to W Loft’s glass walls, the view will not be lost.
